Designed external and internal features to drive funding efficiency for internal teams, small business customers and ISO (independent sales organization) partners.

Loan Checkout

A self-serving online platform for merchants, reducing the dependency on verification calls and accelerating loan closings. Designs were delivered and it has been launched.

Merchant Portal (MVP)

A portal to allow merchants to review their loan details, view transactions and download statements. MVP designs were delivered and has been launched (case study to be updated).

Partner Portal (MVP)

A portal to allow partners to review their client approvals, track their application, accept offers, and manage stipulations. Wireframes have been delivered.

Banking Data Dashboard

An initiative that focus on transforming the bank data analysis experience for underwriters from spreadsheets to a web application platform, with the intent to bring functionality parity in the new user interface.

Direct Application

A new and responsive multi-step direct application with the ability to verify banking information through Plaid. Designs were delivered and initiative was launched.

Partner Offer Calculator

Some features worked on include offer modification, early-payoff comparison, multi-offer comparison, and stipulation upload.

Internal Enterprise Platform (Salesforce)

Designed multiple Salesforce features for multiple internal teams to faciliate their day to day tasks and improve efficiency. These teams include, sales, underwriting, application processing, closing, and collections.

Partner Channel Sales App

A refreshed and personalized Salesforce application to reduce informational noise and focus on the needs of the partner channel sales team. Designs delivered and project launched.

Deal Flagging

Allow sales, application processors, and underwriting to review flags for deals based on insights received from merchant reports. Designs were delivered.

Stipulation Management

Allow the closing team to manage stipulations and clear them during closing. Designs were delivered and feature was launched.

Document Upload

Allow the sales team to upload documents and any stipulation required through custom widget in Salesforce. Designs were delivered and feature was launched.
